How is this stuff made?

I’m mostly working from my garage on a torch. ~ Flameworking~ borosilicate glass. This strength of glass is the same as Pyrex, or thermal (shock) resistant glass. My glass obsession began when I enrolled in a furnace glassblowing class at Santa Monica College.

 

Multimedia materials I like using: opals, handmade barbed wire, nylon cording, lusters (gold, silver, and oil slick/mother of pearl accent), dichroic!!!!!

What is dichroic?

That super reflective, holographic coating on some of my pendants!

 

Where is my order?

Processing takes about a week (more or less) from the order date, and then it'll be ready to ship. If you'd like tracking information you can email or DM me (:

Please contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible so I can fix the mistake. However, if I ship the item before this is corrected you will need to wait for the item to be returned back to me and pay to re-ship your order.

I saw my shipping label is created but don't see an update on tracking

I ship out items twice a week. If you've received an email notification of your shipping label being created but it has no update it has likely not made it to the post office yet. Please check back on the tracking in a few days. I am not able to rush orders or guarantee delivery by a specific date. 

My tracking says it was delivered but it wasn’t in my mailbox…

Shipping is globally slower than usual.  Give it a day or so! If it doesn't arrive please file a claim with your Local Post office. Orders are fully insured so you should receive compensation from them. As soon as I drop them off it is out of my hands!

My tracking shows “failed attempt” or is undeliverable 

If a package is returned to me due to an address error or an unclaimed package I will contact you directly. I will re-ship the items to you but you must cover the new shipping fees. If it is not returned to me please file a claim to your local Post Office.

 

My item was wrong or something was delivered broken.
